AnE: Rin Okumura Plush

I finally got this little guy finished I started him before going to Aya 2011, but couldn't quite get him finished even though I sewed like the wind! So, he went to Aya w/o a sword. _{Shura took it... hehehe.}

You know Pippin is about to become obsessed with something when she crafts a plush doll after only reading one volume of manga. Yeah!

As with all the plush dolls I make, all the clothes are removeable. His flames are also removeable, and are held in place by safety pins hidden in the fluff. I based his boots on the image on the front of Vol. 1 of the manga. His trousers have tiny widdle pockets Kurikara is made of paper, strong black card, shiny metal card, a single bead and small amounts of embroidery thread and wool. I tried something different with the handle this time, using wool rather than ribbon.

Both my parents commented that he looks like he goes to my old secondary school. It's the blazer and tie - they look incredibly similar to what I had to wear for 5 long years

The bottom three pics are of Rin at Aya. There's one of my half-assed cosplay there, from that short period of time where he's in his interview/funeral suit. I'm lazy, and happened to have the clothes and wig already *shrugs*
