I made a plushie me :3

Photo does nothing for the fur colour. I used a free online pattern which I customised to make me, which can be found here if anyone is interested.

NOTE: I DO NOT MAKE PLUSHIES ON COMMISSION OR OTHERWISE! Plushie making is more of a casual hobby of mine.

Pippin is the property of me, T-Phoenix.

This is very cute. Did you put the "joint" in the nose like the pattern says or did you use something else?

Thanks :meow: I actually just used embroidery wool and sewed a nose on ^^ Bit cheaper and more durable as I made the toy half-size and finding tiny noses was awkward.

Ah I see. I've been looking into making this pattern, but I've been confused at what to do, since I don't have a joint.

Yeah. The joint is optional, so unless you want a turning head you don't really need it, which makes the pattern a bit easier :)

What fabric did you use for it and where did you buy it? It's so fluffy!

I didn't have much money at the time, so it's just standard, cheap, fun-fur type fabric, which can be brought at most craft stores. Some colours look better than others, because fun-fur can be notorious for looking cheap and nasty, but this purple one wasn't too bad. I find if you give it a gentle brush with a bristle-brush, it fluffs up the pile and improves the appearance, as long as the pile isn't too thin. I'd recommend looking around for better quality fur if you can afford it though. Hope this helps :)
